Apparel Printing

Currently we use water-based fabric ink.  We have a high solid acrylic system and a discharge system for printing shirts. Something to know about water-based ink is that it works best on 100% cotton fabrics but will also work on 50/50 blends and tri-blends.  We also can print on 100% polyester fabrics.  To get our best price we offer wholesale pricing on items of 25 pieces or more with the same design, but are always open to printing smaller runs at a slightly higher price.

Ink Types

We offer a wide array of water-based inks from super soft RC ink to heavier handed hi-opacity ink for printing on darker colored garments. The softness or lightness of your final printed apparel will depend on the shirt/ink color combo.

Discharge Printing

We offer discharge printing as well for 100% cotton garments.  This ink dyes the shirt vs printing a layer on ink on top. After the shirt is washed the ink becomes super soft and feels like nothing more than shirt material with the benefits of printing light colored ink on dark garments.  This process is an option at no additional cost on all wholesale orders of 25 shirts or more.

Koozies, Hats, Stickers and More 

We also offer other promotional item printing such as hats, koozies, stickers, key chains, fanny packs and more.  If you can put a logo on it we can print it.  The sky is the limit, in addition to the above we've printed on pens, key chains, coffee mugs, pint glasses, lighters, and buttons.  We are always up for a challenge too, so bring us your idea and we can figure out how to make it happen.  Whether it's embroidery, dye sublimation, screen printing or a combination of the above we've got your specialty item print needs covered. 

Specialty Ink

To add that extra wow factor to your order we also offer Metallic finish inks, fluorescent light reactive inks and other specialty finishes to make your project unique and stand out.  For 100% polyester and other synthetic materials water-based ink only works on lighter color items like white and sliver.  If you want to print on a darker color item we can offer a specialty athletic ink in a wide range of color options, but because the ink needs to be special ordered we only offer it on wholesale jobs of 75 pieces or more.

Heat Transfer Vinyl

We also offer heat transfer vinyl for affordable custom names and numbers for sports jerseys and fully reflective metallic, puff effects and patterned prints.

*orders under 25 pieces we limit to 2 colors

*orders between 25-100 pieces are limited to 4 colors

*orders of 100+ items can have up to 6 colors or full color artwork can be printed as a CMYK process print

*Max print size is 14 in wide by 16 in tall

*on orders of 100+ with discharge ink we can print up to 6 colors, but with HSA ink we limit it to 4 colors or less

*prices above are for single coat, single pass printing. Dark polyester/cotton, tri-blends or 100% polyester items may require an underbase which is an additional $0.50/print

*Screen set up fees for 1-24 qty are $25 for 1 color artwork and $50 for 2 color artwork

*Screen set up fees for 25+ wholesale orders are $10/screen

*Artwork should be formatted in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop with color separated layers (artwork that is not formatted properly could incur additional design time fees)
